The Preuvenemint
During the last week of August, the city of Maastricht, Netherlands holds the Preuvenemint, a large outdoor food and music festival located on Vrijthof Square in the cultural heart of the city. Festival goers will delight in the culinary offerings from approximately 30 restaurants and caterers from local to international flavors. The name Preuvenemint comes from prevue (tasting) and evenemint (event) and this festival, which has been celebrating for over 30 years, is sure to uphold its reputation.
